Open box fireplace available for purchase. The unit had some scuffs and scratches from transit. It has been inspected, and touch-up paint has been applied where needed. All parts that come with the unit are included. The fireplace remote also has a visible scuff on the plastic, as shown in the picture. The unit is in good condition and safe for use.
