- 8" inner diameter with a 12 3/8" outer diameter
- Can withstand up to 1,700º

The most difficult part of installing a woodburning fireplace is adding a chimney and vent system. This 24 inch pipe length from IHP/Superior helps eliminate the hassle by providing a product that can fit perfectly together with other IHP/Superior products of the same size. When using these compatible products together, the difficult process of installing vents for your woodburning fireplace can become a much easier task. The double walled exterior of this pipe also helps to create an insulated barrier between the heat inside and the combustibles on the exterior of the piping.
Please Note: Can only be used with wood-burning FMI/Superior appliances.

Is this the replacement for a 488DM to 24in length I don't need a 48 in it throws me to far away from the eves. I need a 24in
That is a 24" 8dm pipe. It is the same type pipe as the 48-8DM just in a 24" length.
