I would like to convert it to natural gas. Will any of you Empire fuel conversation kits work with a Heat n' Glo SL-750TR-IPI-D model?

No, conversion kit as solely make and model specific. Since we are not a Heat N Glo dealer we would not carry those kits for your unit. You would need to contact a Heat N Glo dealer.
