Empire's DV25SG direct vent gas wall furnace is a great option for those who want to heat their home without all the hassles of installing, venting, cleaning, and maintaining a fireplace. This heater is attached to the wall and does not use electricity. It is available in natural gas and propane models. You do not have to have chimney ventilation but you vent this furnace through an outside wall. It is efficient and takes up very little space. There are various sizes to choose from so you can choose one that best fits your space needs.
Venting Requirements: This item requires a chimney with 4" inner diameter.

Please Note: This unit includes vent components required for complete installation.  Factory supplied vent components must be used.  Locally sourced or separately purchased vent components should not be used and may negatively impact the performance of this appliance.

This DV25SG can heat approximately 400-600 square feet, whereas the DV35SG can heat about 600-800 square feet.

No, this furnace does not include a blower. You can add the optional DRB-1 Automatic Blower.
