What is the difference between the Empire Tahoe "Deluxe" vs. "Premium" lines. Can you shed some light?
Yes, the Deluxe models are Empire's builder-grade line. They are the most affordable and basic units. The Premium models feature a deeper and taller firebox, a higher BTU burner for more heat and superior flame appearance, and a more detailed log set.

Does this fireplace have glass doors that open?
There are no direct vent fireplaces with openable doors. Instead, these sealed combustion systems will have a single fixed glass window encasing the combustion chamber that would only be removed for servicing and maintenance.
