The ceramic liner kit is designed to install against the fireplace walls and is held in place with metal retaining brackets.

How easy and quick is it to install this model?

Installation of the brick liner is a fairly easy process. The liner can be installed after framing of the firebox, as the components are all placed from the front of the box.
The liner panels will fit into manufactured channels along the floor of the firebox and the kit is supplied with metal retaining brackets that will hold the top of the liners in position.

Is this a 3 panel system? What are the dimensions?

This ceramic liner kit has 3 pieces--1 for the back and 1 for each side. Please note that they are only intended for use with Empire's 36" Breckenridge Deluxe fireboxes. Here are the dimensions:
Rear panel: 29" W x 19" H
Side panels: 15.5" W x 23" H (at the front-leading edge) and 18 27/32" H (at the back).

Looks Great but Fragile
This foam liner is very fragile, BUT it looks really nice installed.
Looks great. Price is much cheaper than real ceramic and brick.
Fragile. Be very careful when installing.
