What is the usual thickness of fireplace liner bricks?

Ceramic liners, such as this product, usually measure between 3/8" to 1/2".
Refractory liners are thicker and will measure from 1/2" to 1". Refractory liners are standard in wood burning units and are designed to take more abuse.
