Lexington Hearth 6 Foot Hayloft Beam Non-Combustible Fireplace Mantel Shelf

Thank you for providing the photo of your fireplace. The Lexington Hearth 6 Foot Hayloft Beam Non-Combustible Mantel Shelf is available in Pale Honey and is certified non-combustible to ASTM E136. It includes a mounting bracket and fasteners for installation. For general guidelines, non-combustible mantels typically require at least 6 inches of clearance above the fireplace glass trim for units under 50,000 BTU, and at least 12 inches for units 50,000 BTU or higher, according to the manufacturer's mounting instructions. It is also important to adhere to the clearance requirements for combustible materials as specified in your local codes and the recommendations from your gas log set manufacturer. To help determine if the mantel will work correctly with your specific setup, please provide the height of your fireplace opening, the BTU rating or make and model of the gas log set you intend to use, and whether your firebox is site-built masonry or a prefabricated unit (if prefabricated, please provide the model number from its data plate). We do not have specific manufacturer data regarding the placement of a TV above the mantel, so please also consult your TV manufacturer's heat and clearance guidelines.
