Hello, I have an FMI Products 42 wood-burning fireplace, model B42LI-M. Will the Superior/IHP BDB 42 Inch Bi-Fold Tempered Glass Fireplace Doors in Black (model BDB42B) fit my fireplace? Also, will these doors significantly reduce warm house air from escaping up the flue? I'm experiencing ice build-up at the top of the flue due to infrequent use, causing melting ice to drip from the fireplace vents when a fire is lit.
Yes, the BDB42 doors are compatible with your FMI Products 42 wood-burning fireplace, model B42LI-M. You can operate the doors in either a fully open or closed position. While they will help reduce heat loss, please note that the doors are not completely airtight.

Slight damage and wrong installation instructions
Hi, y'all did good in getting doors shipped to my home in less than a week. I did notice slight damage to the doors after I got them installed (paint chipped off and hinge hanging up a little). The instructions that came with the doors was not right for my Superior fireplace but I was able to find the right instructions on your website.

Beautiful quality at the best price!
We didnt realize that fireplace glass is so expensive until one shattered. We searched through many vendors until finding an e-FireplaceStore replacement doorset. They look very stately and were less than half-price of other sets we found. They were delivered within a few days and I was able to install them myself with just a few basic tools in about one hour. We are enjoying our fireplace once again this winter!
