My Real Fyre electronic non-standing pilot kit's remote is not changing the flame height. I am pressing the HI/LO button and selecting numbers 1-5, but the flame height remains the same. Can you help me troubleshoot this issue?
First, we recommend resynchronizing the remote to the receiver according to the instructions in your manual. If the issue persists, please contact our technical support line or the manufacturer for further assistance.
