It produces the same realistic flames and natural look you would expect from any Peterson burner, but with a unique improvement. The Triple T features a T-shaped burner that emphasizes its front embers, giving them an even greater dramatic effect, and adds depth to its flames. This unique design also maximizes the warmth you get from your gas logs by bringing the flames closer to your fireplace opening. This is a vented gas log burner that must be installed in a fully vented wood burning fireplace. With vented gas logs, you'll enjoy a large, realistic-looking flame that operates with an open chimney flue, or damper. Vented Gas Log sets, which simulate a wood-burning fire, are the most realistic type of gas logs but, just like real fires, lose some of the generated heat up the chimney. This gas log burner comes with a Manual Safety Pilot Kit. The manual safety pilot is the most basic safety pilot. It is a standing pilot light which stays lit indefinitely. To light the log set or to turn the flame up and down, you simply turn the knob on the pilot kit. This knob is located on the actual pilot kit which is attached to the burner system. |

Works Great
Works great- and much cheaper than buying locally and have someone install it for me.
Been working very week- no problems.
I had to buy an adapter to fit my sized pipe (actually needed two- one to change size and one to change gender)

Great gas fireplace burner
The flame is beautiful. Looks very realistic. In fact, several guests have mistaken it for a real wood fire. I purchased the burner to replace an old one and kept the old logs, and it has worked well. My only "complaint" is that when not burning the pilot light is a bit loud.
