Will these work with a Hargrove burner?
No, these logs are only tested and listed for use with an R.H. Peterson Real Fyre G45-2 see-thru vented gas log burner.

Will this set fit my fireplace (Natural Gas - Vented - Switch on the wall - 27X52X8)?
That fireplace is tested to only accept the gas log set that came with the unit. It would be unsafe to put a stand alone log set into it.
