Will these doors fit a KC 38-2 fireplace with no additional parts?
Yes, those are the correct doors but if your fireplace is older than August of 2000, you will also need this H6823 track.

The doors for your KBV-38RMN are obsolete and no longer available. You may consider the Thin Line Z door as an alternative.
