Product Details
A gas burner should be simple to use, provide the heat you need, and look good doing it. The Superior 18 inch Glow-Ramp natural gas burner does all three! Use this burner with Boulder Mountain or Smokey Mountain gas log sets. You see three areas light up beautifully. In the rear there will be yellow flames, the logs in the center, and glowing embers up front. This set also gives your home the warmth you want with a BTU output of 30,000. Warmth? Check. Easy to use? Check. Not an eyesore? Check. Everything you want right here. It also comes with a remote control with built-in thermostat mode and adjustable variable flame control.
Please Note: This is the gas burner ONLY. No logs are included.

I have a superior sldvt-35nm gas fireplace rated at 16000 BTU. Is it possible to install a larger burner and log set 28000 BTU in the fireplace?
The sldvt model does not offer a burner upgrade. Unfortunately there is no way to increase the BTU rating on that fireplace.
