The US Stove 28 Inch Ashley Direct Vent Gas Wall Heater is a fantastic way to keep your living space toasty warm, easily warming areas up to 570 square feet. This heater packs a punch with up to 17,000 BTU heat input, all while its stainless steel ported burner works quietly to get the job done. Installation is a breeze thanks to the handy mounting bracket and included vent pipe, air intake pipe, flashing, cap, and connecting rod. You can feel good about its safety features too, like the pilot with a built-in regulator that stops gas flow if the pilot light goes out, and a sealed burn system for extra peace of mind. Plus, getting it started is simple with the battery-powered piezo ignition, and you can easily dial in your perfect comfort level with the heat control knob featuring an internal thermostat.
Customer Q&A with Product Specialists
Jeri A.
from 3820 lower River rd #1, great falls mt 59405. asked:
Can this offer be extended? We need to check with our gas installer first. How much is the return cost if the heater won't work for us?
We do not have a confirmed end date for the current sale price, so we cannot guarantee an extension. We can provide a free quote that locks in the current price for 30 days, giving you time to check with your gas installer. To request it, reply with your shipping zip code and whether you need natural gas or propane.
Our return policy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the order date for unused, resalable items in the original box with all paperwork. The customer pays return shipping, a 15% restocking fee applies, and the original outbound shipping may be deducted from the refund. Installed, gas-connected, or burned heaters are not eligible for return, so please have your installer review the unit specifications before installation.
