I have a Duravent chimney system that is 30 year old. I need to replace the top three feet. Has the system changed or can I replace just one piece?

Answer:Per the manufacturer, the twist lock system has been revised a couple of times since this system was implemented. It is likely you would need to modify a current piece of the Duravent system to work with the existing pipe.

How many sections of pipe and how long? It looks like four or five sections of pipe are included. Also, is it stainless steel pipe?

We apologize for the confusion with the item picture. This is one 5-foot long (60" length) piece of DuraTech double-wall Class A chimney pipe with both stainless steel inner and outer walls. It has a 1" ceramic blanket built in for insulation, so the inner diameter is 6" and the outer diameter is 8".
We also sell this pipe in lengths of 6", 12", 18", 24", 36" and 48". You can see all of them at this item page
