How does the telescoping pipe become a fixed length when it is put in place? How do you keep it from telescoping down by gravity?
By Tyler M. - NFI Certified Specialist on October 21, 2013
Answer:When you have this pipe at your needed length, you set it by using sheet metal screws through the outer section, set into the outer wall of the inner section. Be sure not to penetrate the inner pipe when installing this telescopic pipe length.

Is the name of the pipe on the pipe itself?
By Seth on May 3, 2016
Answer:Yes, DuraVent always places a label/sticker on the outside of the pipe.
