When it comes to sealing leaks around flashings, chimney bases, and vents, there's a better choice than tar. FlashSeal Flexible Flashing Sealant seals just as effectively as tar, but is much neater and easier to work with. Just apply this compound to the area that needs to be sealed with any standard brush, add a layer of reinforcement fabric, apply a second coat, and that's it, you're done. Clean up is quick with ordinary soap and water. And, again unlike tar, FlashSeal Flashing Sealant is available in three different colors so you know you'll be able to find an aesthetic match for your customer's roof.

*Shown with separately purchased Reinforcement Fabric.

Can I use this for a leaky skylight?
While not specifically designed for skylight flashing sealing, I would be confident in this product working to seal up any flashing leaks that you may have. Please, follow the manufacturer's installation instructions regarding the coverage area on the flashing and onto the shingles.

Patch Flashing

It was really easy to use, a bit messy, but i like the results. The brown looks really good on the rock and blended in very well. Anxious to see how well it works during a downpour.
