This unit is manufactured by Empire and features a 24-volt electric themostat, counterflow blower, convenient electronic ignition, automatic safety shut-off valves, removable front panels for easy cleaning and servicing, a 10-year warranty on the combustion chamber, and a 1-year limited warranty for parts. The unite measures 82-3/8" high by 16" wide and 11-5/16" deep. It can be recessed into the wall between two wall studs. Minimum clearance requirement include 4" from the top and 4" from either side. Both natural gas and propane models are available.
