Yes, this furnace has a washable, permanent type filter in the door which should be cleaned at least once per year before the heating season. For dirty or high use areas, more frequent cleaning is required.

No, there is no vent pipe included with the furnace; it must be purchased separately.

Depending on location and home insulation, as well as ceiling height, this heater could provide heat for up to approximately 800 square feet.

That is a "B" vent unit so it does draw air from within the home. In the owners manual (see thumbnail below the unit) on page 4, it shows ways to draw air from other sources then the room. All combustion causes condensation. "B" vent unit will dissipate most of it through the venting, unlike a vent free unit.
