Customer Q&A with Product Specialists
Lauren S.
from asked:
I have a Mysti fireplace, model CDF1100-PRO, that is working well. Recently, while refilling the water tank, a log on the log insert broke in half. I was able to glue it, but it has happened twice. I would like to buy a replacement log insert but am not sure which one is compatible. My insert measures 20 x 14 inches. I don't need the full kit, only the upper log set. Is it possible to purchase just that, and if so, which one is appropriate? Thank you for your help! - Lauren
Unfortunately, individual logs are not sold separately. Replacement logs are only available as a complete log set. We offer two options: the standard log set and the driftwood log set.

Realistic fire
Light up logs and mist from cassette combine for very realistic “fire”. Even fooled the grandkids! Made fireplace with an old surround and tin ceiling tiles with a patina finish used for stained glass!
