I am installing a zdv3318 unit and I have the outside vent cap and thimble, but I don't see my pipes lining up very easily. Does this vent kit have a pipe within a pipe? The inner being 4" and outer 7" and is that all I would need to my outside vent cap?

Yes, the Kingsman ZDVFK5 Flex Chimney Vent Kit has both the 4 inch and the 7 inch diameter liners and comes with standoff spacer springs, screws, and silicone sealant.
