Rustic Oak Gas Logs are made of the same high-quality materials and have the same steel reinforcement bars that all Peterson Real Fyre Gas Logs do. However, these gas logs mimic the 'farmhouse' look of a roaring fire and perfectly recreate the warmth and feel of an old country inn fireplace. The Real Fyre Rustic Oak Designer Gas Logs by Peterson blend the speed and convenience of modern life with the old-world, rustic charm of a simple evening in the country. This is a set of gas logs only to be used with a Real Fyre vented gas log burner (sold separately). Vented gas logs must be installed in a fully vented wood burning fireplace. This set of gas logs includes the Gas Logs Only. All other components needed to makes this a functional gas log set (such as Real-Fyre Burner System, Granules, Glowing Embers, grate, grate clips/log locators, pan/connector kit and damper clamp) must be purchased separately or you can purchase a complete set from our Vented Gas Log Set section. Please Note: Purchase of this log only set does NOT include a burner. Additionally, each set is intended for use exclusively with a Peterson vented burner assembly and is not meant to be used with other types of burners. |

Rustic Beauty
The addition of the Real Fyre log set to our 20 yr old gas fireplace provides a realistic burning log appearance that not only adds warmth but ambiance to our family room. My wife absolutely loves it, and when she’s happy, everyone is happy. Well worth the investment.
Realistic looks, heat retention, reasonably priced compared to others.

All Great, as Expected
Assembly was easy and final result is excellent.
Seems to be a lot of carbon buildup on the logs after a few hours of burning. No mention of how to avoid or remedy.

Great Product
We saved quite a bit of money by buying this set online and having it professionally installed. We were very impressed until the remote stopped working after 2 weeks. Contacting their customer service, I spoke with Will who helped me with the replacement-he was extremely helpful. The new remote arrived very quickly and we had it re-installed. The unit works well now. I definitely recommend this online store!!

Review for
Everything works very well with it now. We did have a damaged thermocouple when it arrived so the installer used one that he had with him. The other isuue was getting the pilot to work correctly. The installer could not get it to stay lit so I worked with it for a couple of hours and I was able to light it. Then it was difficult to adjust the pilot to make it burn low enough. I needed to really force the set screw to reduce the pilot adequately. Now that it is done it is great! We are now able to have quick, easy and realistic fires that can produce more heat than a real fire ever could.
