No, this heater is only suitable for use with a 5" diameter type B gas vent pipe.

How do I turn the heat down?
There is a control knob on the rear, left-hand side of the unit. If it is turned into "pilot", the unit should not come on and only leave the pilot light lit. The pilot burning will make the unit warm to the touch and still produce a small amount of heat.

Fan did not run
Simple heater. The design is identical to the 50 year old unit I am replacing. The cost is $1,000 plus change, the fan does not work, and a replacement fan may be shipped 2 weeks after I first notified Efireplace! I should have rated this experience a "2". But of course I don't yet have the fan and installed it and tested it so by the time this is over my rating could drop to a "1". In the meantime my tenant continues to receive money for their inconvenience, loss of apartment heat and their added costs using the space heaters I provided them.

This is the place to buy a heating stove. I put it in myself and saved $2000.00. The box it came in did not even have a mark on it. We are very happy with this stove, they price mached it no problem. If you need a stove this is the place tp buy from.
