Can this be installed anywhere in a modular home?

For installation in a mobile/modular home, you will need to install the stove in a place where outside air can be accessed. Additionally, you will need to purchase the outside air kit for this stove for that purpose.

Does this wood have a trap box at the top of stove to catch chimney soot when a chimney brush is used to sweep the chimney?

There is no trap box at the top of the wood stove. This appliance has fiber board panels above the air tubes that would need to be removed prior to sweeping the chimney so that the soot falls directly into the firebox for easy removal.

Does the stove have and ash bin or tray beneath? Does it come with a fan with a thermostat?

Yes it does have a ash tray beneath the stove. The fan does have a thermo switch that allows it only to be on if the stove is warm enough, and turns the fan off when the stove cools down.

English wood stove
Product overall looked quality built. Looking forward to hooking it up and seeing how she operates. Did come across a manufacturing error but the issue was taken care of right away.
Quality product! Looks good! Design excellent!
The handle on the door was hitting the frame of the wood stove so the door would not close. I was able to grind a little metal away so the door would close properly.
