I need a blower fan (motor only) for a Montigo Proflame H38DF-F. Can this model be fitted with the SIT-WIFI DONGLE? What components are needed to operate the fireplace with the Proflame Connect app via WiFi?
eFireplaceStore exclusively sells parts for the Montigo DelRay series. Unfortunately, as your fireplace is a Montigo Proflame H38DF-F, we are unable to provide a blower fan (motor only) for this model. We recommend contacting Montigo directly or a local fireplace technician for assistance with parts for non-DelRay models.
Regarding the SIT-WIFI DONGLE, the Montigo Proflame 2 Wi-Fi Dongle we carry is designed for use with deluxe DelRay gas fireplaces, so we cannot confirm its compatibility with your Montigo Proflame H38DF-F.
The components generally required to operate a compatible fireplace with the Proflame Connect app via WiFi are:
1. IFC Controlboard (SIT PN: 0.584.665, Montigo PN: GC3104) - must be the version with the electrical schematic printed in green.
2. Proflame2 Connect enabled remote (SIT PN: 0.584.080/Montigo PN: GC3105 or SIT PN: 0.584.090/Montigo PN: EC1550) - identifiable by the "Connect" icon on the upper right corner of the label.
3. Proflame Connect App (Android and iOS)
4. WiFi Dongle (SIT PN: 0.584.526, Montigo PN: SIT-WIFI)

The model number provided (Empire LS-30RSS-1) pertains only to the log set itself. To check for compatible blower options, we need information regarding the actual firebox. Please reply with the manufacturer and model number of your firebox.

Either the BK or the BK3 may be used. You will need to ensure that 120v was supplied to the receptacle included with the fireplace during the framing phase of installation before ordering or installing a blower.

Our Craft fireplace insert hearth mount fan motor went out. Do you have a replacement?
No, since we are not a Craft dealer we would not carry any fans or parts for that unit.
