If I use the stove bright primer, does it have to go through the fire curing process first before painting over it?

It would be recommended to bring the stove up to a reasonable temperature (500 degrees) for at least 20 minutes to let the primer cure. Let the stove cool completely for 48 hours than apply the final coats of the desired color.
