Is this too tall or thick to be used in a Marco fireplace, model #792778D?
This fireback is only designed for direct-vent gas fireplaces. The thickness of these panels is only 1/2". We do not have any panels designed as a replacement for your unit. Our only option would be universal refractory panels that must be cut to size. You can see them here.

These are model specific liners and not meant to be cut down for any other fireplaces.
