Yes that is an entire kit of all the panels that were original to the unit.

Will this work for a Majestic R36 replacement?
We're sorry, but factory replacement panels for that model fireplace are no longer available. If you'd like to replace damaged panels in that unit, you'll want to take a look at the universal replacement refractory panels by Hargrove, which you would cut into the desired size and shape with a mansonry saw. The come in 24" x 28" and 24" x 40" sizes.
