Can these panels be cut down for use in a smaller fireplace? Or is there a better product to buy for that purpose?

These panels are made for specific Superior gas fireplaces and fireboxes and may not be used with any other product, especially wood fireplaces where the use of a decorative ceramic fiber panel kit would be dangerous. That being said, these panels are held in place with clips atop each panel when installed with these Superior gas fireplaces and fireboxes.
