    We have a DESA Vanguard 36" firebox.  Shiny brass louvers no longer appeal. Can these be made to fit the hole patterns if I provide measurements? Will I be able to modify to fit by drilling holes where needed?

    These louvers will most likely not work in your fireplace. Since they are designed for Empire product only, the manufacturer does not provide dimensions for the louvers. I would recommend modifying the brass louvers you currently have.
