I am replacing two 12" x 24" x 1.25" thick liners and I need to know if this ceramic liner is what I need. Can you tell me?
    1 Answers
No, these panels are only suitable for use in 24" Vail vent-free fireplaces. Given the thickness of your panels, it appears you have a woodburning fireplace. Unfortunately, we do not have the manufacturer-specific panel that you are looking for, but we do offer some universal refractory panels that will work for your woodburning fireplace. Please see the following links: One 24"h x 28"w Panel Two 24" h x 40"w Panels These panels are about 3/4" thick and can be cut down to the size you need with a masonry blade or tile saw. They are suitable for use as side, rear and floor panels inside any manufactured woodburning fireplace.

What is the minimum hole opening needed for this item? I constructed a stone veneer fireplace and currently have an electric heater in it. My measurement are 20h by 23.5 w by 12 deep.

The manufacturer does not provide any specific dimensions for this item, as it is a ceramic brick panel liner kit only tested and listed for use within a 24" Vail vent-free fireplace.

I have a fireplace that needs a new liner. I just want to make sure that your product will work with what I have. How can I make sure this is the right dimensions?
    1 Answers
Unfortunately, the manufacturers of this liner do not provide specific dimensions for it, as it is meant only to fit a certain model of vent free fireplace. We can attempt to locate the correct liner for your fireplace. Please provide the manufacturer name and the model number of the unit. This information will be printed on the unit's build tag, which is usually located on the inside of the firebox, behind the screens. It may also be located in bottom of the fireplace, under the firebox floor.
