Customer Q&A with Product Specialists
Brian D.
from asked:
Hi, I have an older unit that calls for part number RH-520 and 862029 for the replacement glass for an Empire heater RH-50. Will the part you sell work with my unit? Thank you.
Unfortunately, this part would not be compatible with your older unit, and we do not have the proper replacement glass available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
