Does this fireplace face lay flush? Or, are there some sort of clamps, etc. for a specific fireplace? I have a tiled fireplace and I want to know if this trim kit will adhere to this surface.

This does indeed have clamps that allow it to be attached exclusively to the Majestic AVFL42 line of fireplaces.
