Does the kit come as one three sided panel or three individual panels? Does is it come with appropriate adhesive for installation?

This would be a three-panel kit, but there is no adhesive or installation hardware because the panels are only suitable for use within Napoleon's Elevation X 36" direct vent gas fireplace.
