Can we use concrete balls in this fireplace in place of the logs (shown) in photo?

What are the dimensions of each panel of this Napoleon PRPB30 porcelain reflective panels in black for B30 fireplaces? Can they cut to size?

The manufacturer does not provide the dimensions of these panels as they're only intended for use with the Napoleon B30 fireplaces. They can not be cut down to size.
