This isn't one of the tested and listed options for the WCT3036, however, the Superior/IHP Rotary Type Fan Blower with Magnetic Attachment is one of the two blower options offered for the WCT3036.

The variable speed control will also turn the blower off and on. There is no separate on/off switch.
