Perfect Fit for B41HC
The rear panel in my Marco B41HC (792863) fireplace had some large cracks forming so I decided to order this product and replace all four panels. Upon removing the cracked rear panel, I found that the damage was far worse than it appeared from the front (it looked like someone had dropped it and glued it back together), so I'm glad I did it and avoided potential issues. It fit perfectly but it is a tight fit. It is heavy and a little awkward to install (about as awkward as removing the old one). Each panel weighs about 25-35 pounds. In my case it shipped by freight and arrived in a large truck boxed up on a 48" pallet. The product + pallet weighed around 140 pounds and if you are a normal person at a residence I would suggest getting the lift gate service so they can unload it for you and maybe take it to your front door. One thing I noticed is that on the bottom panel, there are some slots cut out on the rear edge for grate retaining clips. The clips used in my old setup did not fit in the new slots, the slots are cut slightly too small. Because of how tight everything fits together I don't think I could have installed them without modifications. I decided to order a new free standing grate that doesn't use the clips, since my grate was old and well worn, but otherwise I would have had to either grind down the clips a bit or grind some more material off the bottom panel to get the clips to fit.
