Hi. I really would like to buy the Valcourt Waterloo fireplace. I DON'T want to buy the brick insert. I'd rather find and have cut soapstone instead. Is it possible to buy the unit and trim piece alone?
While we can sell the fireplace and faceplate only without the manufacturer-approved brick panels for this unit, please note that doing so would void the unit's warranty and could impact your ability to find an installer, who could ultimately be liable for issues related to the fireplace. As your dealer, we too would need you to agree to absolve us of any potential issues related to the fireplace's operation. This is because the Waterloo model is only tested and listed for use with those specific brick panels installed, and there is no approved alternative. If you wish to proceed with a quote, please reply with your shipping zip code.

Perfect Fit for My Waterloo Fireplace!
This Valcourt faceplate was exactly what I needed to replace an old, rusted vent flashing on my Waterloo series fireplace. It fit perfectly and looks so much better now. A great replacement part for anyone with this fireplace model.
