I am looking for fire brick panels for Temco. Do you have any available?
By Tyler M. - Fireplace Specialist on October 10, 2012
As you may know, Temco is out of business and many of their old parts are unavailable. If your unit is a wood-burning fireplace, we do offer some universal refractory panels that will work for you:
One 24"h x 28"w Panel
Two 24" h x 40"w Panels
These panels are about 3/4" thick and can be cut down to the size you need with a masonry blade or tile saw. They are suitable for use as side, rear and floor panels inside any wood-burning fireplace.

I have a temco DV5200N fireplace. I would like to put in a brick liner. I know that they were bought by majestic who was bought by vermont castings who are now owned by monessen.
Is it possible to use another kit and cut it to size. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm looking for the Vintage Brown firebrick. Is it available? I have an original wood burning fireplace. The firebox is made of metal and I believe it's a 1970's vintage Heatalator. I would like to use your product to affix to the existing metal firebox. Can the firebrick be directly bonded to the metal firebox? If so, what are the bonding materials and process? Does the firebrick have a fire rating and if so, what is it? Is the firebrick only available in panels or is it available in brick size pieces? What size is the face of the brick?

Unfortunately, these firebrick panels--along with the vintage brown--are not suitable for use within your woodburning fireplace. However, we do offer some universal refractory panels that will work for your Heatilator. Please see the following links: One 24"h x 28"w Panel Two 24" h x 40"w Panels

I have just installed a Monessen Covington KSTDV500NTSC fireplace. Can you advise what types of brick liner are available? Also, can these liners be painted?
