*Venting Requirements: This unit requires venting pipe with an inner diameter of 6 Inches. Please see the Venting Components section on this page if available for venting pipe that must be used with this unit. * Please Note: A separately purchased Storm Collar is required for installation. If your vent termination is not installed properly, precipitation and moisture can easily get inside your chimney or vent system and cause cracking or damage to the interior of your fireplace. With a storm collar, this flashing can create a water tight seal that keeps moisture out. This flashing is designed for use on flat rooftops, enclosures, and chimneys with mason work, and it fits with 6 inch vent pipes. By adding a flashing product to the top of your vent termination, you can minimize weather damage and keep your chimney free from debris. |
