I'm in the process of building an outdoor fireplace with attached built-in grill. I have already purchased a 24" set of logs. I am going to build this from metal studs and cement board - then stucco. For the fireplace, could this be used for the floor, slides and top? Can it be cut with a circular saw with a cement cutting blade?

I cannot recommend that you use this particular product in an outdoor unit, as it is ceramic and unable to be cut without crumbling. Ceramic panels also deteriorate quickly when exposed to the outdoors. Instead, I would recommend using a product such as this . These panels are able to be cut with a masonry saw and will work very well for an outdoor application.
