We reviewed the rating label on your unit and confirmed it is a Lasko Type WTA, Model T42950. When a tower fan is locked on high speed and the controls are unresponsive, even after unplugging it for an extended period, it typically indicates an issue with the internal speed switch or control board, rather than a problem that a power reset can resolve.We do not currently list this model as an active product on our site, so we cannot confirm if it was purchased from us. If it was, please reply with your order number, and we can investigate further. If purchased elsewhere, Lasko provides a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. You can contact Lasko support directly at 1-866-603-5900 to arrange for service or a replacement.
