Is this the correct blower for a Majestic Quartz 36 IFT? Also, I currently have a SMART-STAT-IV remote, is this blower compatible with it?
    1 Answer
This is indeed the correct blower kit for the Quartz 36" fireplace.  However, that remote will not offer control of the fan.   There is no remote listed for use with the Quartz models that can also control this fan.

Is the correct kit for a Majestic Quartz 42?  Also, what is the correct remote control for a Quartz 42?
    1 Answer
This is indeed the correct blower and I recommend the Majestic Wireless IPI Remote Control - RCT-MLT-MAJ if you are adding this blower since this remote will not only adjust the height of the flame, but will also adjust the fan speed.

Will this blower fit my Majestic SA36C wood-burning fireplace since the recommended FK23 kit apparently doesn't have a speed controller?

While this optional blower would not be correct for the SA36C, there is an optional variable speed control for the FK23 blower.
