I have a Napoleon Riverside Outdoor gas fireplace model GSS 36. It's located in the corner of our patio, love the look, but it doesn't put out much heat, unless you're standing in front of it. Could we use a blower with this model? What would you suggest?

Unfortunately, blowers are not available for outdoor fireplaces and there is no way to provide efficient heating in an outdoor setting.

Watch for missing bracket in fireplace
Overall this did what it was supposed to do. The instructions were confusing, but the biggest problem actually had to do with the fireplace itself. The thermostat mounting bracket was not bent down - it was there but just not formed into shape. Was able to bend it into place once I found it, but it's impossible to see that area. Found it by chance when feeling around for the screw holes.

Perfect Enhancement to our Fireplace
We love the heat dispersal on our fireplace! The blower was easy to install and works great. We have an adjustable TV mount above the fireplace that hangs approximately 12"-16" out from wall which doesn't overheat thanks to the blower circulating the air. The adjustable fan speed is a nice feature as well. Fast shipping and quiet motor made this a great purchase!

Easy installation...We adjust the fan to medium and gives off plenty of heat. Slight hum at higher speeds but nothing to distract a conversation.
