A single-wall tube, on its own, is not rated for use as an extended, exposed chimney or to connect a termination cap. For a wood-fired oven, both the extended run and any new top must be UL-listed double-wall chimney pipe. Wood-burning appliances also require rigid chimney pipe instead of flexible options.
