No, the Secure-Temp pipe is made by Security and it is not compatible with Selkirk class A chimney components.

Will Secure Temp chimney pipe work with the DuraVent through wall chimney kit?
No, class A chimney components are brand-specific, and you cannot mix brands.  DuraVent sells a few different brands of class A pipe, so the brand of the kit you are referencing (DuraTech, DuraPlus, etc.) would dictate the pipe lengths you need to purchase.
