Every fireplace needs a good blower to allow your fireplace to function properly. Superior's Variable Speed Blower with Thermostatic Snap Switch will allow your fireplace to perform to its top potential. This kit includes the blower, variable speed control, foam dampening pad and Velcro strips, and heat shield bracket. It also includes the unique Therm-O-Disk, which automatically turn the blower on at 120F and off at 90F and a cord set with a 3-prong cord. The instruction manual and a conversation packet are included as well. The blower includes Thermal safety switch and the dimensions are 12.94 W x 3.6 H x 4.27 D. This blower will also increase the heating potential in your home with its high airflow blower fan. We are happy to provide a 1-year comprehensive warranty for our blower and with simple wiring connections, installation is simple and easy.

That appliance can use either of those fan kits. The FBK-200 has a wall-mounted switch while the FBK-250 has a unit or wall-mounted switch available.

Functional but noisy
It accomplishes exactly what I want it to - circulate air to make the fireplace more efficient. However it does it in a noisy fashion. The low speed is about 48 decibels from a couple feet in front of the fireplace, the high speed about 51 decibels. Both are too loud, causing us to have to raise the volume on the tv mounted above. But it certainly functions and frankly I can turn off the blower when I want to stop the noise. It would be 5 stars if it were quieter.
