Really happy with this insert
I bought 2 Napoleon fireplace inserts simultaneously, this one and an EP13. This is a great insert; it burns so well, produces a lot of heat, and easily gets the fire going. I like it better than the EP13. The EP13 has a bigger window but gets ash all over the hearth whenever you open the door. EP13 is harder to keep clean and harder to light. The firebox configuration on this one is much better.
