Can I get mounting instructions for EZ handle? I want to make sure it will fit my fireplace.
    1 Answer
The EZ open handle only works in conjunction with Lyemance or Lock-Top dampers, sold separately. There is a pre-drilled hole that allows the cable or chain to be routed and attached to the handle, with the handle assembly itself securing to the firebox interior. The handle swivels downward by using the supplied extension to pivot it, opening the damper.

My Lyemance damper is stuck closed, how can I get it open again?
    1 Answer
This can be caused by rusting. It is recommended that you manually open it at your chimney and clear any rust. Greasing the expandable arms may also prevent it from happening again.
